Invoice2Erpnext automates the creation of Purchase Invoices in ERPNext by extracting data from scanned invoices (PDFs or images). It processes the files, reconciles financial data, creates necessary documents like suppliers and items if they don’t exist, and attaches the original file to the draft Purchase Invoice for review.

Once your invoice is processed, the KAINOTOMO server extracts the data, returns it to your ERPNext instance, and immediately deletes the file from our server. This ensures that your sensitive invoice data is not stored on our systems after processing is complete.

We prioritize your data security. During processing, your invoice files are securely transmitted to the KAINOTOMO server using encrypted connections. After the data is extracted and returned to your ERPNext system, the file is deleted from our server, minimizing any risk of unauthorized access. We do not retain copies of your invoices.
